Hi,

The COVID-19 self isolation has allowed me to get into this hobby a bit more seriously and I am looking to upgrade the generic plossls that came with my scope.

I am looking for Explore Scientific 82 degree eyepieces (or something similar). Focal lengths around 7, 11, 18 and 24/30 mm mark (depending on the brand).

If you have any that are not being used or surplus to your requirements, pls let me know the condition and how much you are expecting for them.

I recently procured 2" diagonal and barlow on this forum (many thanks to you know who!), so will consider both 1.25" and 2" EPs.

Thanks in advance! Clear skies!

BUMP!

Still looking for Explore Scientific 82 degree eyepieces if you have any surplus to your needs. Open to all focal lengths as I am keen to try them out - 6.7, 8.8, 11, 14, 18, 24 or 30 mm. Happy to consider multiple EPs if you are trying to get rid of a set.

I found some in overseas websites such as Cloudy Nights and AstroMart (thanks to the helpful suggestion of a fellow IIS member!), but they don't want to ship stuff to Australia...bummer!

Pls PM me directly with focal length, condition and price you are expecting.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Not sure if you are interested in some Baader Planetarium Hyperion 68° eyepieces? I have 2 hardly used, bought them from Optcorp in the US a few years ago. I think they are 10mm and 18mm. Will check later tonight. If interested let me know, I am in western Sydney so pick up would be good, can come and inspect first. I can also send some pics if interested but they have been used about twice and have been stored in original pouches and boxes.

Regards Mark

Thanks Mark for the offer. I am looking for a wider FOV, but I have never used Baader Hyperions.

I have sent you a PM.

Cheers
