[Photo Challenge]

The Topic this month, thanks to Raymo, is "wild animal[s] in their natural habitat"

Please don't break any health authority regulations to get this shot. I doubt it will count as 'Essential Travel'. :P

Also Remember...
* This thread is only for posting your entry, together with any comments/explanation/details you'd like to issue concerning your own photo.
[sometimes this may help sway the judges]
* However, comments on other people's entries, or any "other" shots of your own you'd like to share, can be posted in the Comments and Rejects Thread -> HERE (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?p=1472302#post147230 2).
* And, it's only one entry (that's just one image) per person (but you can change it out at any time if you get a better one)
* Importantly, the image must be your "own work" and
* all other normal forum rules, and image size limits, apply.

The image doesn't necessarily have to be taken this month, so you will probably have plenty of time to pore over your back catalogues for an amazing shot, while you Stay At Home!
In this regard, YES, the image may be one that you have previously posted, unless of course it has already been voted a previous photo challenge winner.

The winner of the public vote, which will be run at the end of the month, will get to choose next month's topic and have their photo added to our "Photo Challenge Hall of Fame".

Well,
on my essential exercise walk today, these are the only "animals" I saw around, Tuggerah Lake Shared Pathway.

While the Lake is their natural habitat, I'm not too sure how Wild they are.
But I'm sure they could give you a nasty peck! :question:

I was actually trying to get the cam to give me the two of these roughly in focus while the second bird was sitting on the gate. But for birds that seem to sit around a lot they are surprisingly hard to get a static photo of. Five seconds later the second bird was back on the gate with a nice big worm!
