out of my depth with comets and processing them so i guess this will be one of many repros?
You have been busy of late, very nice IMHO.

Very cool take & grouse color, David, I assume the Rasa8 was at F2, thats a lot of light capturing and it shows, just asking to see if worth doing it with a 200mm lens, Thnx

Thanks guys to think last week it was very dim with only a hint of a tail or stub. This is huge and to be honest a struggle to get in my skies. Kooragang island is in that direction and I normally don't see much.

Nicely done, and I think I'm right there with you regarding the processing.
The comet position is a bit annoying, right? :) To the east for me is over the glow of the Sunshine Coast, so about the worst part of the sky.

Looks great David & I'm sure you'll only improve on that with subsequent revisions.
I'm trying to negotiate comet stacking mode in DSS myself (& so far not really succeeding).
Very nice Dave.
Reminds me of a laser.

Thanks, one thing was I pick a setting that way over exposed the core of the comet Not a good idea
