Hi all,
Here is my first ever image (that's worth sharing anyway)

Captured the other night in my back yard in Adelaide (Bortle 6)

Canon 750D (borrowed from my parents) with their kit lens (18-135mm)
Cheap tripod (also borrowed), no tracking
135mm FL
f/5.6
12800 ISO
600 x 1 second subs
30 x darks, 30 x bias

Stacked in DSS, edited in GIMP-2.10

Any tips are very welcome! I feel it's very green, but I haven't been able to work out how to fix that just yet

A wonderful first ever image. Much better than my first effort, ( although it was with a film camera ). Not only have you showed what can be done with a very basic set up, you've also shown us what dedication and patience in shooting and processing 600 subs can achieve! I like how even at such a high ISO you've managed plenty of star colour. Well done and I bet your parents will lend you their camera again after seeing this. Congratulations, you're now hooked! :)
