Hi everyone.
I am submitting an image of Omega Centauri.
Its been a journey of discovery for the past 14 months,
being mostly theory to now practical astronomy and use of programs.
Details as follows;
120mm Skywatcher f/5 refractor on a Celestron Advanced GT mount
Canon 1100D modded DSLR
ISO 6400
17 x 3.2 second subs
No darks/lights
Focus and capture with Astro Photography Tools
Goto and tracking Celestron Skyportal
Stacked in Deep Sky Stacker
Processed in Gimp 2:10:12
