MEADE LX200 GPS SPARE PARTS
Future proof your LX200 GPS, I have a very hard to get, complete set of spare parts, all new never used for a MEADE LX200, fits all models from 8 inch to 14 inch.
· R.A. & DEC Motor Assemblies
· Main Controller Panel Assembly
· Motor Driver Boards
· Level North Sensor
· Sensor Control Board Left Fork Arm
This set of spare parts would cost you over $2400 to buy from the USA. Save time and money fix it yourself and don't lose any time or money transporting your scope to be repaired, you know that's not going to be cheap and who knows how long it is going to take. Nobody keeps spares here anymore.
Fortunately Meade LX200 mounts have a built in diagnostic test so it's easy to find out what's not working.
This is a standard test for unit function.
Procedure -
· Turn on mount.
· Once Version 2.0 etc appears press 1,2,3 at the same time
· Select NON -16 by pressing GO TO
· The scope will then run its test procedure for about 10 minutes.
· When it's finished it will tell you what board is faulty.
· I will send the complete procedure sheet of instructions to the buyer
$1500 plus post. Save yourself over $800.
