adaptor ring

I have a bit of a curly one here. I have an Evostar ED 72 and a 0.85 focal corrector reducer that I bought as a package from Bintel. The reducer came supplied with an adaptor (with male to male threads) to connect the reducer to the telescope focus tube directly. I need to replace the adaptor, I have measured the inside diameters of both the focusing tube (53 mm) and the reducer (55 mm).
Bintel are onto it for me, but I'm wondering if anyone has come across a male to male adaptor with these thread diameters? the closest I could source was 52 mm to 55 mm from B&H Photo and video in America, this is used to join 2 camera lenses face to face for macro photography.

I would really appreciate any information on where to source this.

Is the supplied one not suitable? Before the skywatcher one was available I had Joshua Bunn (A member here on ice in space) make me one that is very thin to allow more focuser travel, and internally threaded to take a 2” filter. He might still have the dimensions of mine, though I believe the drawtubes vary a little.
