Modifyed CGEM-DX for project/$250

Hello everyone,
I have this modified CGEM-DX (without tripod and no counterweights) for sale.

It suit buyers who want a project with steppers and make an electronics for it.

It has a 3D printed cover and that holds the steppers inside.
Belt drive to worm. All functions well, I used this with EqDrive system(not included)

The mechanics is rough, but functional. I (hand)milled slots for better secure the AZ adjustment and bolts secure the Alt.


The steppers cables connections thru the RA shaft... very convenient.



Asking $250 .... local pick up. Posting it would be expensive me think.
If you can organize pick up from Adelaide let me know.

As per add, no tripod. Sold it last year.

However happy to 'sweeten' the deal by including the pier I used.

Heavy, but conveniently wheeled out of the shed and use the leveling adjustment. Worked well.


All included.
