Offering my 4 inch doublet for sale - it's being neglected after I've upgraded to a 5 inch scope.
820mm focal length f8 native
Includes:
f6 Takahashi reducer (sorry, I won't split this item)
Takahashi finder scope (eyepiece cap sun damaged - see pic)
Takahashi 7:1 micro focuser (fitted to scope, original focusing knob included)
1.25 inch eyepiece holder
2 inch eyepiece holder
bahtinov mask
Parallax rings
custom wooden case
Optics are clean - see pics. There are various chips on the finder scope and OTA, but nothing major - very good condition for a 22yo telescope.
You would need to add some adapters to get the best out of the reducer for imaging.
$1750, plus shipping/insurance.
