I managed to get first light with my new Esprit 150 at the end of last week once the cloud finally cleared. I started with NGC3372 and managed to get 2.5 hrs of Ha in 30 min subs which I have yet to process. The attached image is 3 x 10 min luminance of NGC5128. My aim for the night was simply to ensure that I had the back focus correct and it looks like I have from a quick look at the Ha data and also from looking at the 30 mins on NGC5128.

I was surprised to see a number of small galaxies appearing in the background given this is just 30 mins of data taken under Bortle 5 skies. I am looking forward to getting it out under a dark sky when the cloud and rain clear again.
