AEC in SA

Hi guys,

I am having serious problems trying to get through to AEC via phone or emails....they have been uncontactable since Monday.

I was wondering if anyone else has got through and if there is anyone local to AEC that could possibly do a drive by at there own convenience.

I am concerned along with other members here at why knowone is answering the phone or replying to emails.

I have tried atleast 100 times and 3 emails since Monday.

Any help is appreciated.

He was back Monday and even while he was overseas Leon has been running the shop.

When I was looking for a mount and considering tak, I largely chose against tak because of poor local support, namely AEC being hard to contact and not friendly when finally getting through. I think I tried for about 2 - 3 weeks. I believed this was an isolated case and don't hold a grudge against them - every retailer has good and bad stories, but it did stop me buying from them that time and leans me slightly towards the side of not liking them.

So I can relate to what you're experiencing Tony.

I just spoke to Claude, he returned back from O/S and it's business as usual.
They had some problems with the phone lines but it's resolved now.

Well I have been having dealings with Both Claude, before he went on leave and the Leon while Claude was gone.
Absolutely fantastic service, and communication, Leon went out of his way to see that i was well looked after, both with e-mail and phone calls. :thumbsup:

He was very helpful, could not fault his service. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Not to sure there are that many people around Cleve area who could see him, I know a couple near Cummins and another in Streakybay but not near Cleve.

Mind due 3 days without any communication is not good.

I know there was a phone problem but there was emails as well.
