Anybody knows/has the male connector that plugs into socket below?
Connector has 72 pins, and slot for plug is 24mm long. Pin pitch (measured on photo) is ~1.25mm, so most likely 1.27mm (50 mils)
Maybe I can make one (I need access to only 3 pins), but it may be better if I use proper part.
Thanks!

Its a D-sub connector 72 pin. Popular late 1980s for SCSI and parallel interfaces.
Google is your friend.

Thanks,
Tried already... it seems it is miniature version of D-SUB connector...
4 rows, 18 pins in a row.

Bojan from memory this is rare. Apple used it for SCSI briefly in the ‘80s before using a different connector. And yes it is 4 rows. So tight there’s practically no way to connect to it except to use a matching insulation-displacement crimping machine.

That's what I thought...
But since I need to connect only 3 pins adjacent to one another, I may be able to do it using flat flex cable with appropriate pitch and piece of plastic board as carrier - reinforcement.
And once connected, the cable will stay.. so soldering is another option (requires dis-assembly of the whole thing)

This is what I will use.. with reinforcement at the back.
It has more than enough pins and the pitch is correct.

Connector base is printed, now I have to attach 4 wires on appropriate positions and secure them with some sort of lid.
I will also try to print the shroud for standard square header posts.. nut sure if my printer can handle such a small details, but it is worth 12 minutes of printer time.

Update on connector: plastic parts printed, now being assembled.
Pins are standard 50mil pitch header.
