Hi Guys I dont suppose anyone here would have an old, yet usable "BAUHN" Aldi TV Remote they don't want or would like to sell.
For some reason whilst shifting stuff we have lost it.

Leon, buy a universal remote. We had to after a tenant lost the Bahn remote in our fully furnished flat. Cost like $10, and we had no problems pairing it. Still going 5 years later
Really Lewis from where might i get one of those please, other than online.

Big W, Woolworths, KMart, Joyce Mayne, Hervey Norman....
I got 1 for the unit at Big W, the other for our home Samsung we got from Woolies in the electronic/battery section (ours was $20 compared to the generic Big W cheapie).
Our Samsung remote on/off switch won't work (the rest of the buttons do), and Samsung wanted $95 for a replacement. I bought the universal for $20 :) Pic below - its a swisho Phillips brand one :)
Just follow the instructions to pair, and try the various code numbers they give per brand, and give it a go. You may need also to look online for the code number if not listed, as some generic TV's like Bauhn use various "name brand" transceivers etc - by memory, the Bauhn in the unit was an Akai code.

I just had a quick Google Leon. Kmart $12. Target $12. No idea how universal or how well they work though.

I have Logitech univerasal, ~15 years old, it can be programmed via website for Bauhn TV.. recently couple of most used buttons need regular cleaning, but otherwise it works OK - buttons allocation is actually more convenient than original (it doesn't have keboard of course..)
BTW, Sony remote works with Bauhn as well (obviously they both use the same standard).
