Hi all , Here's my first attempt at the Bug Planetary Nebula NGC 6302. I have found it a challenge to process as the core was initially blown out however I have managed to reveal some parts of the 2 half domes that face outwards from the central star. i also made a big mistake that reveals a possible advantage with additional stars to the field maybe I can push the iso a bit . After shooting the ring I did bias frames at 25600 ISO but forgot to switch it back to 1600 . So when I discovered the error I thought i would give stacking a go anyway. I never thought this would be a result AT ALL ! Stacked in sequator as the DSS final looked real bad. 379 frames total at 3.2 sec of which 152 were though the Astronomic UHC filter. ISO25600:eyepop::lol: tota integration 20.2 min with 20" F5 Dob .
