Not very impressive on GONG, but there are at least four proms visible...
Also a few prominent filaments on the disk...not much else.
Clear skies down here, but seeing is terrible!!!

Very cloudy up here again ( still ). Always the way when there is something to look at. Saw some images on Spaceweather. com which I'm presuming are the same proms that you mentioned.
