The guy in the chair is a local to my place....know him and the family through my work.
Footage was taken at the Coliban Res just near my place.
I have actually seen the drone on the video flying with approx. 80kg of weights under it when they were testing it and can verify that this one is definitely not a hoax....lifted the weights easily when I saw it.
Drone builder was the same guy who a few years back flew the drone to a Bunnings sausage sizzle (Sunbury Vic) with money hanging from it and then flew a sausage back to his house (got a CASA fine for that one!). Since the Sausage sizzle drone incident he has done some other R/C videos.....one notable one was driving an FPV fitted RC car to the same Bunnings to get another sausage!
