I took the family up past Katoomba on Sunday hoping to catch a glimpse of some snow.
Never expected much but to our surprise, we ended up in a winter wonderland up at Lake Lyell.

Fingers were so cold I couldn't adjust the settings on my Canon 7DMkii.
Even managed to squeeze in some astro.... well, a shot of the moon in the arvo and a sunset.
That counts, doesn't it?

Pretty cool to see roos jumping in the snow. They seem to have a ball.
