For sale is a 10 month old SAXON(SKYWATCHER EQUIVALENT) 8 inch f6 OTA,originally it was Dob mounted ,but has been used on an EQ mount.Comes with a pair of tube rings,but no finderscope or eyepiece.
Scope gives a very good star test as well as straight lines through
a ronchi eyepiece.Scope has been flocked from top to bottom,for that little bit extra contrast.Have replaced the secondary mirror and holder with a smaller mirror and home made holder,to give a 20% central obstruction.
Mirror has not been touched (may need a clean,but the views are excellent) and have put off cleaning it.
