I love this Target, inspired by Kevin's effort y decided to shoot it last night to try my hand and do my best... hope you like it

Gorgeous capture. The stars just sparkle. The H-alpha stream is lovely.

And it's even more obvious that it is Mr Squiggle's rocket ship.

Very nice Diego. You have more detail in the Ha than me. How did you do the processing - particularly the Ha combine?

That is the same dark red that mine came out with Ha, and I really did not like the way mine presented.


Looks good, although I think it looks a bit unnatural.


I'm definitely torn on this. :shrug:

It is a quite red area and yes your image is quite red which can be a tad annoying in these types of shots but its offset quite well by the rich star colours you have gotten. Its softened the impact of the red.

This area though really doesn't have much in it other than red but how much red you want to show with the Ha blend is one of your processing choices here.
