I'm sure this is a long shot...
Looking for the ADM dovetail adapter that attaches to Tele Vue mounts and accepts scopes with Vixen or Losmandy D dovetail bars.

Although it looks similar to items made by Losmandy the locking knob is different to allow it to be tightened while virtually flush with the mount.
