Interesting article.

The sunrise in the southern hemisphere is still getting slightly later after the 21 June solstice, due to equation of time.
In the beginning of July sunrise is latest (and here in the northern hemisphiere sunsets).

Thanks. Read that. The other bad news is the sunset is a little later also I think. Something about the tilt of the planet and the angle to the sun. So you would definitely need the online calculator to work out solar noon.
