Nice Image!
BTW, you can easily remove the effects of a bad column in Pixinsight.
You do this in Cosmetic Correction by going to 'Use Defect List', pixel peeping one of the subframes, and loading and saving the coordinates (in pixels) of the offending column - column number, and row start and finish. Just save the file for use in future: you only have to do this once. Several bad columns can be dealt with in this way.
I have found that the above is vastly better than trying to remove by dither.

Very well done. We particularly like the way you've brought out the various complex and braided dust-lanes, especially those toward 4 o'clock, which if you rotate the image 90 degrees clockwise, look like either a volcano with smoke coming out, or perhaps a hide-and-sticks tepee, similarly with smoke coming out the top.

Thanks M&T
I think your imagination is a bit more esoteric than mine, i looked again and i think i can make out what you can see. I tried to find something else but all i could see was, if you rotate 180 deg, there seems to be a rather cheerful gummy shark emerging from the centre towards top left, maybe too much time with the grandkids, starting to think like them. :)
