Steven,
Excellent image , good detail plus a moon (Ganymede ? )
I see you have the dreaded blue tinge on the bottom edge and orange tinge on the top edge of the planet ( just noticeable)
Were you imaging below 50 degrees Alt ? as every time I image Jupiter at 50 deg or below I get the tinges ( atmospheric dispersion ) nothing you can do about , Ive tried to process it out but no go
Cheers

Hi Martin, I thought Io but could be wrong...I also tried to get out the blue to no avail...I waited for a while but you could be right...less than 50 degrees. I thought it may have been a garden light or something

Good effort on Jupiter, nice to see more people coming to the party now the planet is coming to prime time. Some good detail captured but the colour balance is a bit tricky, having enough trouble getting it right myself and getting the camera settings with less yellow.
Depending on the seeing and unless it is really bad , once Jupiter is above 40 / 45 deg. the atmosphere shouldn't affect colour dispersion too much.
