These are a stand alone auto guider giving camera and focuser control.
All the usual bits included ie case , car adapter , focusing EP
Excellent condition
Sell for $215 plus post in Oz or local pickup

Hi Matt, have you had success with using it on your LX200? I've been unsuccessfully looking for info online to see how people have got on using the LVI Smartguider 2 with LX200, as that's what I'd be connecting to if I buy it. cheers, John

I have not tried with my lx200. I did with my skyview pro mount and intes mk67 setup. It seemed to work although my alignment was off on the mount it still guided ok. I too found very little reviews. Generally found favourable reviews and usually think of mounting the lvi on a guide scope rather than through the scope was the way to go.

I could give links but none are for lx200 but then there are not many links beyond those you have likely found.

I cannot say how this will work for your setup. I tried to look and could not find anything specific for the lx200 for this. This unit is practically brand new and was bought from new used a couple of times as i have just been using my mount and dslr to learn basic astrophotography. I also need to fund other projects.
