Scot the Witchhead Nebula with Berts 300mm lens as well. 3x10 mins with uv/ir and uhcs filters. Pointing by Argo Navis. Shot from light polluted Wallsend.

Wow that's faint. Did you have dew/fog on the lens? The star looks very bloated!

No thats internal reflections from the 2 filters, as I always get that on bright stars when using them.
yes I could barely see the nebula on the original images, no wonder its very hard to see.
