Gday, had a pleasant evening having a go at imaging Saturn :) not sure why the rings have come out so blue :doh: but will battle on....thanks for looking :hi:

lovely, i have seen some recent images at opposition where the rings were very bright due to some sort of effect

Thanks Andrew, while processing the AVI's on the workstation near the scope the view behind of Crux,Carina and Centaurus gradually clearing a nearby tree got me inspired to try to some atmospheric and trailing wide shots. Wasn't to successful but thought one would look alright as a border to give some insight into the "nights adventure", do not know whether its over the top but least it motivates me to get some details integrated into the final image presentation :P
