Telescopes for sale at SPSP

After noticing a IIS member advertising gear he would have at the SPSP this weekend, I thought I would add the items I'm taking.

ALL SCOPES EXCEPT FOR VIXEN R200S ARE SOLD. THANKS ALL

Vixen R200SS 8" F4 Newtonian. Includes 2" Moonlite Focuser with motor and controller, and Baader RCC1 coma corrector. $800. Retail cost would be over $3000. I tried MPCC and the Vixen Coma Corrector with little success but found the best results with either Televue Paracorr or RCC1. The advantage of the RCC1 is the 95mm backfocus which enables use of normal size OAG as well as filter wheel. Images below are subs taken with the RCC1 using a ST2000. Vixen has a new Coma Corrector PH which costs over $900, but I think it only fits the oversize Vixen focuser which you would have to try to motorise.

SP Celestron C8 on Super Polaris (Vixen) mount. Non-GOTO. Has Astromeccanica DA-1 Controller and stepper motors. Includes encoders, Sky Commander DSC, tripod and case. $200 or best offer

Vixen 4" F10 Newtonian on Super Polaris mount. Non-GOTO. RA and DEC steppers. DD1 controller modified to take autoguider. Includes 1" eyepieces, 4" solar filter and tripod. $100 or best offer

Vixen 80L refractor on alt-az tripod. $40 or best offer

Vixen 60L refractor on alt-az tripod. $20 or best offer

Sorry I forgot to add that the telescopes are pickup only at SPSP.

The LX-50 weighs a ton and the others with their tripods are too bulky to post. If the R200SS doesn't sell I will relist here and will post if needed.

I forgot to add that the LX-50 comes with Losmandy dovetail and mounting blocks if someone wants to defork it.

Again apologies for not mentioning that it is pickup only.

I was hoping to pick up from Hampton if possible (assuming Melbourne suburb) as I’m 20 minutes max. away. I can fit all in my ute.
