Hi,
Last nights image of Jupiter was in good seeing conditions despite clouds coming and going for most of the night.

2019-04-28 (yyyy-mm-dd), 15:26.6 UT CM I 185.8° CM II 316.2° CM III 275.0°°

Altitude for this image was 67° and Jupiter's current dia = 43"

:thumbsup: That's an excellent photo Troy . It also shows the fading of the SEB that a few visual observers noted about a week ago , very well . You have nailed it .

Yes there seems to be a partial fading of the SEB.At this stage it's too early to tell if it is going to be a full fade out like it did in 2010. I mentioned this on another forum I think it was the 19-April and posted a picture of the 2010 event.

I'm really encouraged by the fact Jupiter will be 3 arcseconds bigger from this capture. :D
