A few snaps from a Lunar viewing night.

Hi all,

A few snaps from the ASWA lunar viewing night that was on the 27th Jan. The night was largely clouded out and had lightning shows (but no rain until very late). It was a good night though, lots of people and scopes turned up.

Most shots are out of focus to some degree. I just couldn't get it together on that night, oh well :) Lucky I didn't bother taking my scope setup, only my camera and fold up chair.

Just added a 6th photo that I forgot about.

yes... eveyrone must have been really tired of being at home after the christmas break - it was a stinking hot 40 degree day and then thundery night, yet there were lots of scopes setup! Amazing :)

Great Lightning there Roger, I reckon Astronomy, and Lightning strikes are on an equal par with me, just lovem.
