Since the start of the third observation run (or O3 for short), on the 1st of April 2019, so far there have been 7 public alerts for gravitational wave event candidates circulated (see for some details https://www.gw-openscience.org/alerts/). Approximately one per week...
The latest raw public alerts can be found here GraceDB — Gravitational Wave Candidate Event Database (https://gracedb.ligo.org), select 'LATEST (https://gracedb.ligo.org/latest/)' in the menu at the top.
There is a nice 'Gravitational Wave Open Science Center' (https://www.gw-openscience.org/about/) website, which has lots of information, data, software and observatory status.
Under 'Software', there are some interactive web apps listed (https://www.gw-openscience.org/interactive/), of note are:
- Public Alerts, nice interface, (http://chirp.sr.bham.ac.uk, link may change in future)
- Gravitational Wave Events (iPhone App) (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/gravitational-wave-events/id1441897107)
For the technical minded, to see the current status of the LIGO and Virgo Observatories, still on the Gravitational Wave Open Science Center page, go to 'Online Status > Detector Status (https://www.gw-openscience.org/detector_status/)' and follow the link to 'Today's Summary Page'. In general 'lower is better' :) Happy to explain what is shown.
