Sir Patrick Moore's passing was a great loss to astronomy, definitely at an amateur level. To the end, his enthusiasm for the night sky was wonderful.

Jeremy, do they still print The Sky at Night? I used to see it here on the newsstands, but the regular places no longer have it.. For mine, I feel that it has been probably the best all-round publication for we amateurs...

Yes, but I have not had it for years, it went from what i call an AMATEUR Astronomers magazine to one no different to all the others.
