Another Venus and crescent Moon

Here, it was overcast but later (well after sunrise) it cleared up and saw both and took a picture at 09:00 AEDT between the clouds, just handheld, but the excellent image stabilization did its work ;-)
I used the 6D + 100-400L at 400mm.

Good catch. It is totally clouded out here which is a disappointment after yesterday’s clear skies for the Moon-Saturn close encounter.

And this afternoon at 14:00 AEDT we were on the beach and there were large clear spots and I had my binos with me and found both again. The Moon was moved away fr.om Venus now, left below the Sun.
