Peter, the previous thread was deleted due to some comments that were made towards the end of the thread, that were not helpful in allowing everyone to start afresh. It wasn't removed for censorship reason, simply for the hope of leaving the past behind us and letting everyone get on with what we are here for.

but isnt it great we can all move on. I watched the movie Gandhi tonight never seen it, knew about the man and enjoyed the thing but it is terrible what they went thru.. you gotta wonder how they moved on and got thru all their troubles.
But it was a reminder that peace is best.
I recon this would be a good thread to lock and we start again by posting stuff on science or astronomy.
I am doing my best to be the best I can and it feels good to be responsible. Its great to have all this rain here in Sydney.
