I bought this item from B&H in the US, but it turned out to be the wrong one for my purposes.

It's a battery charger for use with the Quantum Turbo SC and Turbo C battery packs which can be used with Canon flashes.
All you'd need is a US-Aus plug adapter. It comes with a number of other adapters too.
