It's a 3 section tripod with a rapid centre column rated at 20 kgs made in Italy.
I purchased this a couple of years back and the usage has been very little. The top plate has some shallow cutouts from an earlier project but does not affect any normal function and anyway it can be changed. The general condition is absolute mint. New retails at more than 1000. Asking 475. Pickup preferred as I do not have the original box .
