NGC1935 Nebula in the LMC

Hi Guys
Been a while.

Taken on an RCOS 10" RC Scope at f9, SBIG STXL6303E Camera and PME mount at itelescopes Siding Spring Observatory.
Processed with CCDstack, Star Tools and Photoshop. 100 hrs Total exposure time.

Ive been taking 1hr subs lately, much better (although this image has 40 min bin2 subs for OIII, SII).
80hrs for Ha.

Nice one Fred. Did this myself some years back but you've recorded far more detail than I ever did. Not surprising I suppose with 100 hours.

Cheers Peter. Over 50hrs doesn't make much of a difference really, but if Im not processing for a while I just keep collecting anyway. Data is smoother but extra depth, on this anyway, just gets messy and hard to deal with.

Superb work Fred. A magnificent three-dimensional explosion. I can just about imagine it as a frame from a (very long) cosmological movie.

Well done Fred. I have obtained a similar palette to yours in a rendition I did of this object a few years back. Loads of detail.

Peter not a record for general integration with Rolf doing a few images well over 100 hours and I have done the Helix at 110 hours myself. However for this particular object I am sure you're right. I don't ever recall anyone doing that many hours on it.
