Hi all,
Wanting to move back to using a refractor scope as I don't have enough time these days to play with the collimation etc. of the RC8 especially now that I am moving.
Selling:
2 month old GSO RC8 CF (used 4 times) (Purchased NEW for $1300 AUD) - GUIDE RINGS AND GUIDESCOPE NOT INCLUDED
RC6/8 Focuser collimation ring
5 month old 2" Moonlight focuser with high res stepper motor and mini v2 controller (purchased NEW for roughly $1000AUD inc. shipping from US)
2 month old Astro Physics CCDT67 2" reducer (Purchased NEW for $165 USD + Shipping from the US)
Tak collimating scope w/ 2" adaptor (Purchased for $250 AUD from another IIS member)
Farpoint laser collimator 2/1.25 inch (Purchased NEW for $160 AUD)
Bahtinov mask (purchased NEW for $30)
Cost me around $2900 altogether.
This is everything you would need to have the RC8 up and running straight away!
Selling for $2050. Not going to split as this is a perfect package for those wanting to try out the RC style of scope.
I would also consider a swap for a nice refractor.
Pickup only from Padstow in Sydney, NSW as I do not have the original boxes anymore.
