Saw this story on the Cloudy Night forums in regards to an individual facing jail time for instigating Ddos attacks (and other harassment)on the CN and Astronomics sites.

Two years jail and nearly a 30 grand fine, wow, hard to believe anyone could
get that upset on an Astronomy forum and go to those lengths to harass and now face a jail term and a hefty fine.

Hard to imagine getting that riled up over anything which could occur within such a space.

Stalking plain and simple,repeatedly to ,the measure of fear this can install in people is no differant to being followed home , called over and over because its that anonomous threatening that makes this kind of intimidation so real to those effected,,to me this a/h got off easy.
