I have for sale the following following OTA + accessories (the retail prices are included after each item):

- Celestron C11 edge HD OTA (Fastar compatible) $5500 (+ shipping)
- Moonlite 2" focuser 1.5" dual rate with shaft lock - $580 (Shipped from US)
- Astrozap C11 dew shield - $85
- PegasusAstro C11 motor bracket, pulleys and timing belt for auto focus on primary knob - $130 (shipped from EU)
- TEMP-est (TEMPerature Equilibration System for Telescopes) - Active cooling system for quick system cool downs and stabilisation $270
- GSO tube rings for C11 edge HD (CR303) $100

The retail price for all of this would be approx. $6650 + shipping of the OTA

Asking for $3600 pickup or shipping at buyers expense. Open to a trade/deal for a 115-130mm triplet refractor

Telescope is in great condition and has recently been flocked (see pic)

I like the idea of a large SCT but am trying to justify this one to myself. I have to justify this, and the further expense of a large mount.

I have a 12" Skywatcher goto dob which performs well and a 4" TV APO refractor.

As an owner of many scopes, to a guy thinking of buying another, tell me why I need this? :lol:

Here are some reasons to buy the Celestron EdgeHD:

Imaging -

Planetary - The EdgeHD is one of the best planetary imaging telescopes around. Just check out Damian Peach's work

DSOs - The EdgeHD gives a large imaging circle with a fully corrected flat field . You also have the versatility of three focal lengths to image with:
1. F10 (Native)
2. F7 using the Celestron 0.7x reducer and
3. F2 with the Hyperstar for ultrafast widefield imaging

Visual - Stunning views which are sharp to the edge of the field even for wield field eyepieces (hence the name EdgeHD)
