More holiday images. These from the South of France in a village not too far from Montpellier, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert.
All straight from the camera apart from downsizing for posting.
Thanks for looking.

You should have taken a scope to take advantage of those clear skies

Thanks Dennis. This was my first visit to this part of France and it was a lot like I expected. We were very lucky with the weather while in France and Norway however it was a shame it didn't last into the final week when we reached Finland.

Not this time Marc however after hoping to sample the Trout, only to find out the fisherman was on a hunting holiday, I did settle for the Wild Boar. This was surprising since there was a trout farm right next to the restaurant.
I felt sorry for the table that arrived after us as they were told there was no trout and no wild boar left so they settled for Pigeon. This was quite puzzling since Pigeon wasn't on the menu.
Wonder if the kitchen window was left open :question:

The scope would have been ok however the mount and counterweights might have challenged our carry-on baggage limit.

As kids we all had sling shots so pigeons were always on the menu.
