Yes, sad. I noticed the story this morning. I loved his little cameos in all the Marvel films. Despite all the money made by the owners of Marvel, Stan did not receive any royalties or payments for his development work. I think the Exec Producer title earned him about $1 mil per annum recently, a pittance in the revenue generated by his creations. I hope they still have many of his cameos in the vault for insertion in coming films.
