Same as here (https://pegasusastro.com/products/dmfc/) except older model with the DB9 connector (as shown in the Pegasus photos).

I have painted this in new Tak Baby Blue as you can see. Everything is there - stepper motor, controller, bracket, temperature probe, extra collet, power cable, USB cable etc. (yellow pelican case is NOT included)
You'll need to download the software/drivers from the website. I tried it in MaxIM and it worked just fine, as well as Pegasus' stand alone programme and ASCOM.
NOTE: I won't hold this one - needs to be paid for straight away.
