Trying to make the most of McNaught.
Taken in Strathalbyn South Australia.

I remember buying a film SLR to photograph Halley's and later bought a basic reflector telescope because it really got me interested in all stuff astronomical. (I was about 19 at the time)
I wonder how many young minds McNaught's Comet has inspired and if their futures have been shaped in any way by what really is/was an awesome sight in our skies.

Regards,
Michael

Some other shots I took over the 23/24/25th are in this thread: http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?p=189327#post189327

Michael
