15x70 MS Binoculars

I'm thinking about 15x70 binoculars. I read lots of excellent reviews about 15x70 MS series binoculars from Kunming Optical Instruments (http://www.binocularschina.com/binoculars/MS.html). They are sold under different brands like Oberwerk, TS-Optics etc. Andrew's Comm sells them as MB Ultra, but they are out of stock. There is one on Astro Anarchy site: Acuter 15x70 Binoculars (http://www.astroanarchy.com.au/binoculars/Saxon_15x70_WaterProof.html). Does anyone know if they are the same, but TASCO/Acuter branded or they are completely different from the MS Series?

From comparison of the housing material alone I'd say the 2 models are completely different. Even if the lenses and prisms were the same. Different outer body = different production line = different quality [assurance].

While I tend to agree with you on that specific case I'd say that judging by photo is not always accurate as even in this case Acuter 15x70 binoculars on Astro Anarchy (http://www.astroanarchy.com.au/binoculars/Saxon_15x70_WaterProof.html) and Sky-Watcher (https://skywatcheraustralia.com.au/product/15x70mm-acuter-waterproof-binoculars/) websites look very different.
