Here is a shot was taken with the Nikon D5 and the Sigma 20mm f1.4 lens. The settings were f1.4 and a 30-second exposure at ISO3200. Processed from RAW only.

MAN this is exceptional art!

Did you plan for the milky way to be parallel to the horizon and the "bat" being just overhead where the 2 hills meet?

Beautiful how you composed the landscape. But then... it's a beautiful landscape to begin with. Awesome piece you got there!

I didn't quite Plan for the exact composition where the central bulge would fall into the gap between the hills but I did know it would roughly look like this yes.
