Moving to QLD!!!!!!!

Hi everyone,

Well just thought I would let you all know that from the 1st of March I will be back home in QLD. :D I packed up the scope today which was quite upsetting as I will miss my dark skies here but look forward to seeing what kind of views I get up north.

Yeah moving to Carindale so will miss seeing all my little dim stars :( but I can still see M42. :)

Will end up buying a bit north of Brisbane later on though, hopefully some acreage.

We look forward to welcoming you home Mike. Our monthly gettogethers at Cambroon are a lot closer from Carindale than Wagga Wagga. :) But then north of BrisVegas is even closer :D

Thats one other thing Im looking forward to, it's fairly quite here on the observing night get-to-gethers.

I suppose you won't miss the cold. Dunno about that xxxx stuff, I'd recommend Boags myself. :P I wouldn't mind the move myself, If I were a little closer to retirement. HRH would be there in a flash.
