Good Evening Fellows,
The original CGX manual is flawed as it does not tell users how to use PEC (non-existing reference).
I read the AVX manual and are non the wiser because it does only refer to a manual method.
So how do I do it?
I have a WIN7 laptop with PWI and PHD2 which successfully guided the mount using the Celestron OAG and a ASI120-MM here in my holiday location of Mudgee.
Do I need extra software or can it be done using PWI and PHD2?
I did not have enough time to look at all the options available in PWI and PHD2 when I was observing. Thrilled to bits that I got the guiding working.
I am stunned how tiny the speck of field of view is that the ASI120-MM sees through the OAG connected to a 9.25" tube.
Better not cough or stomp!! Or touch the scope.
Clear skies,
Peter
