WANTED : LX 200 - LX 90 8"/10"/12" (or a Lightbridge)

G'Day Guys,
I am arrived few months ago from France and I really enjoy this forum.
I got an ETX 125 before but the Aussie sky is so amazing that I'd like something bigger.
So I'm intersested in a LX 200 - LX 90 8"/10"/12" (or a Lightbridge).
I am not decided yet as it will depend on the price.
Also I don't need to precise I want something which works perfectly with a great optic quality! (+ tell me if you have accessories available)
You will make an Happy Astrofan.
So don't hesitate to contact me if you are thinking about selling your scope.

Hi everyone,
I received 9 offers which is more than I expected.
7 for the LX90 ,
2 for the LX200,
0 for a lightbridge.

So, does that mean the the owner of a lightbridge are excluded of the forum or they are so happy with their scope they want to keep it?:D

I'd like to have an offer for a Lightbridge 12" but if you have a LX send it also.

At the moment my choice goes to a LX200R 8". But I can still change!

mate there are not a whole lot of lightbridges around in Australia just yet, they havent been available for even a year here.
The owners of the 12' that i have met (only three i admit) just love them.
Perhaps most LB owners dont want to sell just yet:shrug: But you never know your luck.:)

You can't even buy the Lightbridges new at the moment, from what I've heard there hasn't been any in the country for about 3 months

I found it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So it will be a Meade LX200R 8" with 3 eyepieces :
- Meade SP 26mm
- Televue Panoptic 24mm
- Televue Radian 6mm

+ 2 diagonal prism (1.25 and 2) and sky maps, book.

Isdonisgood,Its what a shop has told me. Now I have sold my 2 scopes I was planing to go right out and buy a 12" LB virtually the next day. But no luck, no one in Sydney seems to have any scopes and so I must wait....Shredder
