That is really nice looking Doug! Going to put a cushion on it for a little bit of added comfort?
I have read that some materials work better for the seat than others, getting one that isn't a dew magnet being a good decision.

you could / should market these.
I have heard lots of complaints that the old Bintel adjustable height observing chair is no longer readily available.
and that there is little in the way of alternatives. :thumbsup:

They are not that hard to make. Instructions for the Denver chair can be found on line. Here is a picture before i finished it.
