Hi, I have the ED 102 FCD100 on the way. May I ask what issues you had? Did this flattener not work with it?

Hey, no issues with this item at all - I had an issue with the fine focus knob on the scope itself. Only seemed to work in one direction. That and dust between the primary objective lens.
The flattener is made for this scope and worked very nicely.

Geez, dust? In a new scope? :eyepop: Will watch out for that!

In regards to the W.O. Flattener, what F ratios is it designed to work in. Presuming that as most W.O. scopes are around F6 / F7 , that would be what the flattener / reducer is designed for. Certainly interested.

Jeff

Am trying to find out if the FC/FF would work with an ED80, can't find much technical info out there as yet. Off hand would you know if your FC/FF would be suitable for an ED80 at 600mm f/l .
